The walls of your home are the walls of my homelessness.
The walls that keep you in are the walls that put me out.
But there is a door.
May I come in and sleep on the floor?
Can I use your toilet?
Is it alright if I fill your home with the odors of my body?
I don't want to be a bother.
Do you have any food? Some leftovers?
I'm not feeling well. I'm afraid I threw up on your carpet.
These are my friends. We won't make much noise. They will only be here overnight. Maybe 2 nights. Certainly not much longer than a week, a month at the most.
You don't mind if we smoke?
We're in a little trouble with the law.
We'll have to hide our pills and some weapons in your kitchen.
There is not likely to be any trouble.
